PAYMENT
We will gladly accept Paypal and credit card payments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS First Class mail is $3.00 for the first item and no additional charge for each additional item (unless otherwise indicated.) USPS Priority Mail is available. Just ask us and I will create a special listing for you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Any customs charges for international purchases are your responsibility, but we will fill out the paperwork for you. Delivery Confirmation Tracking is provided only for shipments within the United States. We will not be responsible for packages (speed of delivery or lost items) once we drop off the packages at the post office.Your package may incur import, VAT, customs fees or any other fees that your government charges for goods coming in from other countries. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. The pet tag or tags you order are custom made for you and cannot be refused or returned to me for a refund. Your shipping fee does not include these additional fees imposed by your government.



INSURANCE will protect you against loss or damages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to request insurance on your package. If you do not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. If your package gets lost in the mail, please send me an email and I will help locate your package.

Items will be shipped ONLY to Paypal confirmed addresses. This means your billing and shipping addresses must be the same. We do not re-ship or refund orders that are shown as delivered using the USPS Track and Confirm feature, which will appear on your Paypal delivery confirmation email.

 

Refunds and Exchanges: Note that each item is handmade and unique in its own way and since they are personalized, I cannot offer a refund once production has begun.

Privacy Policy: I will not share any of your information that you have given to me. I also do not have or keep your credit card information. When paying, it goes directly through pay pay or the payment processing company. I am not able to see any of your credit card number information.

Please allow for some slight variation in the color of the metal work. Most importantly, your satisfaction is very important to us! We will do our best to resolve any problems with merchandise you receive that is not as described on our website.
